DISCERN A CALL TO MINISTRY
The Trinity Fellows Program is a one-year intensive for people to discern a potential call to ministry and to provide intentional exposure to ministry leadership, training, and equipping in a growing, multi-parish, urban church.
After working in college ministry for sometime, I began to explore what turn I should take with my career. During this moment of discovery, I was fortunate to meet with a pastor who introduced me to the fellows program at Trinity. It was such a formative experience for me, because it helped me to gain a new perspective into the work of the church. I was also able to learn how to grow into a healthier, more sustained minister. I started working in college ministry immediately after finishing a degree in engineering. Because of this quick change, I had never experienced the practice of reading classic theology, crafting a rule of life, or reflecting on the spiritual rhythms involved with becoming a minister. Trinity was wonderful introduction to reflecting on the personal, corporate, and professional parts of church work. I was also grateful to have opportunities in creating programs which helped parishioners grow in their own spiritual formation. My day to day work involved organizing the logistics necessary to make programs like Alpha and Pastoral Care possible. I absolutely loved my time as a fellow. The guidance and mentorship from the church staff was an experience that has deepened my love of pastoral work, and has led me to pursue a life-long career in vocational ministry.

- Group Mentoring Experience (2x per month)
- Group Coaching & Development (1x per month)
- Individual Mentoring (frequency and duration depends on the ministry leader)
