Grief is a part of the human experience—no one can escape it. Less common to the human experience, is feeling joined on our journey with grief, knowing how to feel it fully and metabolize it in our bodies—learning how to carry it as we move forward in life. The winter months tend to intensify our grief, particular grief around death loss.

Beginning January 12, for 6 weeks on Sundays from 1:30-3pm, Trinity will host a coed Grief Group led by a licensed therapist. Group members will be given the opportunity to learn and share about their own grief as well as practice holding the grief of others.

The cost is $100 with financial assistance available in the registration link. Childcare is available and registration is required by 12/1. Space is limited!
