Trinity Kids exists to invite kids into a lasting faith in Jesus through Word, worship, and relationship.

Welcome to Trinity Kids!

We are excited to have you join us on Sunday mornings and we look forward to partnering with you in your child’s discipleship. Our prayer is that Trinity Kids will be a welcoming and safe environment for your child to grow in Christlikeness.

I’d love to meet you! Feel free to reach me at katieo@atltrinity.org.

Sundays

9am & 11am
Infant - 5th Grade

On Sunday mornings, our goal is for every child to experience a safe, fun environment where they learn about God and grow in relationship with Him and others!

Trinity Kids is located in the lower building, which can be accessed through the lower parking lot or down the staircase outside of the sanctuary.

Is it your first time at Trinity? Simply let a volunteer at the Kids Desk know it’s your first Sunday and they will help you check-in your child and walk you to their classroom.

Something for every age!

Nursery: Infants to One-Year-Olds

Our Infants and One-Year-Olds spend the morning playing and being cared for and prayed over by loving volunteers.

Preschool: Two-Year-Olds to PreK-Five-Year-Olds

Our Preschoolers start the morning with free play, then have circle time in their rooms where they sing, hear a Bible story, and pray! They finish the morning with a craft.

Elementary: K-5th Grade

Our Elementary schoolers start the morning with free play in their grade-level classrooms, and then they all transition to the gym for Large Group! During Large Group kids participate in live worship and hear a Bible story told by one of our Bible storytellers. Classes then transition back to their rooms for discussion and a craft.

God’s Big Story!

In our Preschool and Elementary rooms we use a gospel driven, Christ-centered children’s curriculum called God’s Big Story!

“The curriculum is rooted in the incredible truth that God has come to rescue his children from their own sin through his Son Jesus Christ. It explores the biblical narrative from creation and the fall to Jesus' sacrificial victory on the cross to the promise of a new heaven and earth. GBS is taught in the context of worship through liturgy, song, scripture memory, story presentation, wondering questions, catechesis (teaching of doctrine and the faith), prayer, and many reflective and creative responses geared to a variety of age groups.”

Ongoing Events!

We host a variety of events for kids and parents throughout the year! To register for specific events, see our Events page!

Parent to Parent Nights

We invite parents to join us for an evening of learning and discussing a topic that is pertinent to your role as parents. Parent to Parent nights happen twice a semester during the school year on Sunday afternoons.

Annual Events!

Kids Christmas Pageant

Our kids can share the Christmas story like no one else! Kids in prek-3rd grade dress in costumes, sing songs, and act out the Christmas story for our church. You don’t want to miss it! The Kids Christmas Pageant takes place every December.

Spring Retreat

You and your family are invited to join our church on our annual church-wide Spring Retreat! At the Spring Retreat, kids will have designated time with their peers to learn about God and worship him and have fun building relationships with each other! The Spring Retreat is the first weekend in May each year.

Kids Camp

We invite all kids entering Kindergarten to 6th-grade to join us for our annual summer Kids Camp! At Kids Camp, our kids learn from God’s Word, worship together, make arts and crafts, and play lots of games!

Join the Kids Team!

It takes a village to love and care for the hundreds of kids that pass through our doors each week. Join us and become a partner with parents and families to disciple the next generation. Trinity Kids Volunteers serve in many ways from welcoming families to holding babies to teaching God's Word to leading worship! No matter your gifts, we have a spot for you in Trinity Kids. Reach out to Katie O. to get involved!

  • If you’re interested in learning more about the classroom and safety policies, such as child-to-adult ratios, check-in/check-out procedures, Child Wellness, or our snack and bottle policy, please refer to our Trinity Kids Team Member Handbook.

  • Baptism and Blessing are important practices in the life of our church and the faith journey of our kids. At Trinity, we practice both Paedo and Credo Baptisms and Child Blessings. We offer specific classes for parents, children, and adults looking to be baptized a few times a year.

  • We love welcoming kids and youth into the Sanctuary on Sundays—it's a beautiful opportunity for the whole church family to worship together. As they join in singing, Scripture readings, and other elements of the service, children and youth are also invited to participate meaningfully in the sacrament of communion, deepening their sense of belonging and spiritual formation.

To learn more about how they can participate, visit this link.
