The Trinity Kids Assistant is a part-time hourly position that helps create a welcoming, organized experience for kids, families, and volunteers. Responsibilities include overseeing Sunday morning check-in desk operations, supporting volunteers, managing classroom capacities, and providing hospitality during check-in and dismissal. Throughout the week, the role includes scheduling and leading the Sunday Admin team, resetting classrooms, maintaining attendance rosters, coordinating the Baptism process, and assisting with a variety of administrative projects.
