Sunday
Teams
Every Sunday, our teams work together to create a warm, welcoming environment where people can worship, connect, and experience the presence of God. Whether you're behind the scenes or up front, joining a Sunday Team is an important way to serve others, build community, and play a vital role in what God is doing through our church. These Teams are how we ‘set the table’ for people to encounter Jesus at our church.
Hospitality Team
The Hospitality Team creates a warm and welcoming environment where everyone who walks through our doors can experience the love and hospitality of Jesus.
Whether greeting people or serving in the cafés, this team plays a vital role in helping our church feel like home.
Volunteers serve once a month at the same service with the same team, building community as they serve together with consistency and care. Our 9am Team is currently full, but we’d welcome new Team members to the 11am!
If you’re friendly, dependable, and love making people feel seen and valued, we’d love to have you join us.
Logistics Team
The Logistics Team serves behind the scenes to help create a smooth, welcoming, and worship-ready environment each Sunday.
This team includes: Parking Coordinators, who help direct cars to the appropriate lots, close lots when they are full, and set the tone for hospitality right from the street. Setup Coordinators, who prepare the outdoor space with signs and cones to ensure our facilities are ready to receive people. Sanctuary Coordinators, who serve inside the building by preparing communion, opening and closing the Sanctuary, counting attendance, and supporting other important service details.
If you enjoy practical tasks, being part of a dependable rhythm, and offering behind-the-scenes hospitality, this team might be a great fit for you.
Worship Team
The Worship Team—composed of musicians, singers, and readers—serves to cultivate environments where we worship God and experience the Lord’s presence together. Each week, the team helps lead our church in encountering the love of Jesus through music, Scripture, and prayer.
The Worship Team is currently at full capacity and not accepting new applications at this time.
If you have questions or would like to learn more, we’d love to hear from you.
Production Team
The Production Team helps create a seamless and focused worship experience on Sundays—both in person and online. By managing slides and livestream technology with care and excellence, this team supports our Worship Team, announcers, and preachers, ensuring that every part of the service flows smoothly and clearly. Their behind-the-scenes work helps the congregation stay centered on God and engaged in worship.
The team includes two roles: Slide Operators and Livestream Operators.
If you’re interested in learning more, we’d love to hear from you.
Communion Team
At Trinity, receiving communion each week is a sacred rhythm—an embodied reminder of our dependence on Jesus and our life together as a community.
The Communion Team is made up of Trinity Members who serve the bread and wine to the congregation during our Sunday services. This quiet but meaningful act reflects both our shared need for grace and the beauty of serving one another as we move toward Jesus together.
This team is open to Trinity Members only.
If you’re a Member and would like to be part of this rhythm of grace and service, use the signup form to let us know!
Kids &
Youth
Discipling the next generation is one of the most significant and lasting ways we serve as a church. Whether you’re holding a baby, welcoming a first grader, or leading a circle of high schoolers, Kids and Youth volunteers help create spaces where young people are known, loved, and invited to follow Jesus.
If you have a heart for children or students, there’s a place for you to make a difference in Trinity Kids or Trinity Youth.
Trinity Kids Team
Trinity Kids exists to invite kids into a lasting faith in Jesus through God’s Word, worship, and relationships. The Trinity Kids Team partners with parents and families to disciple the next generation—helping children know they are loved by God and invited into God’s big story.
Volunteers serve in a variety of ways: from welcoming families and holding babies to teaching God’s Word and creating spaces where kids can be known and grow in faith, friendship, and joy.
No matter your gifts or experience, there’s a place for you in Trinity Kids.
Trinity Youth Team
The next generation thrives when trusted adults with a vibrant faith consistently show up in their lives. That’s the heart of the Youth Team.
Trinity Youth is all about creating spaces where middle and high school students feel a deep sense of belonging and are invited to follow Jesus in community. As a volunteer, you’ll help lead a small “circle” of students—building trust, asking good questions, and walking with them as they grow in faith and identity.
If you care about students and want to help shape the next generation, we’d love to talk.
Care
Teams
Our Care Teams exist to embody the compassion of Christ—offering prayer, presence, and practical support to those walking through joy, sorrow, and everything in between. Whether it's delivering a meal, praying faithfully, or simply showing up with kindness, these teams help ensure no one walks alone.
Prayer Team
We believe that prayer is powerful—and that God listens, responds, and moves through the prayers we pray.
The Prayer Team is made up of individuals committed to faithfully praying for the needs of our church, our community, and the world. Team members gather once a month between Sunday services to pray together and also receive regular emails with prayer requests to lift up throughout the week.
You may also be invited to offer prayer at events or after Sunday services—providing a quiet, compassionate presence for those seeking care. All prayer requests are treated with sensitivity and confidentiality.
If you feel called to the work of prayer, sign up to join!
Care Companion Team
In seasons of grief and loss, what people often need most is simply someone who will be present—someone who will listen, pray, and gently walk alongside them.
The Care Companion Team is a group of trusted, trained laypeople who offer compassionate presence to those navigating sorrow or hardship. These volunteers aren’t professional counselors or therapists, but they are caring, spiritually grounded individuals equipped to come alongside others with humility, empathy, and hope in Christ.
If you feel called to this kind of meaningful ministry, we’d love to talk with you about what it looks like to serve on this team.
Foster & Adoption Support
Caring for vulnerable children is a beautiful reflection of the heart of God—and no family should do it alone.
The Foster & Adoption Support Team comes alongside Trinity families who are fostering or adopting by offering practical help, encouragement, and community. Whether it’s preparing meals, running errands, praying regularly, or simply checking in, this team exists to provide tangible support during a unique and often demanding season.
This is a purposeful opportunity to support families who are fostering and adopting—and to participate in God’s restorative work in the lives of children and parents alike. If you have a heart for this kind of care, we’d love to help you get connected.
Meal Team
Few things say “you’re not alone” quite like a warm meal.
The Meal Team offers care and comfort to individuals and families in our church during tender or transitional seasons—like welcoming a new baby, recovering from surgery, or walking through grief. Volunteers respond to Meal Trains as needs arise, providing home-cooked meals and a simple reminder that our church is a place of presence and love.
If you enjoy cooking but prefer more flexibility, you can also prepare meals ahead of time to be stored in the Trinity freezer and delivered when needed.
Whether you cook regularly or just occasionally, this is a great way to care for others through simple, tangible acts of service.
Formation
Teams
Formation Teams help cultivate spaces where people can grow as joyful disciples of Jesus. Whether through thoughtful teaching or honest conversation, these teams create opportunities for our community to explore faith, deepen understanding, and be formed in the way of Christ. Whether you're guiding a class or making space for spiritual curiosity, Formation Teams play a vital role in helping others take pivotal steps in their journey with God.
Teaching Team
The Teaching Team is made up of trusted individuals with experience leading Bible studies, teaching Scripture, or facilitating spaces for spiritual formation. This team helps shape the spiritual life of our church by leading classes, studies, and workshops that deepen our understanding of God and equip us as joyful disciples of Jesus.
Because teaching is both a gift and a responsibility, joining this team requires an application process and is not guaranteed. Team involvement may also be seasonal, depending on your background, availability, and the needs of upcoming offerings. If you have experience teaching or theological training—or simply feel drawn to this kind of service—we’d love to hear from you.
Alpha Team
Alpha is an open space for honest conversation about life, faith, and meaning. Hosted twice a year at Trinity, Alpha is a series of relaxed evenings where people gather to share a meal, listen to a short talk, and explore big questions about God in safe, judgment-free discussions. It’s designed for those who are curious about Christianity, exploring faith, or just asking questions.
The Alpha Team plays a vital role in creating a warm and safe environment for these conversations to happen. From praying for participants to facilitating small groups to simply being present with kindness, there are a variety of ways to serve. Whether you're comfortable leading discussions or serving behind the scenes, your presence helps make space for people to encounter Jesus.
Partnership
Teams
Partnership Teams connect Trinity with ministries and organizations making a real difference in our city and beyond. Through Partnership Teams, you will serve alongside one another as we pour into our partners, champion their missions, and help amplify their impact in our broader community. This is a hands-on way to live out God’s call to love, serve, and bring restoration in tangible ways.

Advisory
Councils
Not all service happens on Sundays or in classrooms—some of it happens around a table, through thoughtful conversation and prayerful discernment. Advisory Councils are small, intentional groups of people who bring specific expertise, wisdom, and spiritual maturity to help guide key areas of our life and ministry. These aren't traditional volunteer teams and may not always be open for sign-up—but they are another way to use your gifts to serve the church.
Reconciliation
Advisory Council
Rooted in our commitment to becoming a community of meaningful and reconciled relationships, this council helps shape how we pursue justice, healing, and unity in Christ. Members offer spiritual and practical counsel to help our church grow in humility, awareness, and love across lines of difference.
Accessibility
Advisory Council
The Accessibility Advisory Council helps Trinity become a safer, more welcoming, and more inclusive community for people of all abilities. This group serves as a trusted sounding board—offering insight, feedback, and guidance as we consider the physical, sensory, and structural accessibility of our spaces and ministries. We seek members who are part of the affected communities themselves—people who are differently abled, caregivers, or individuals who work professionally in accessibility-related fields.
By centering these voices, the council helps us embody the hospitality of Jesus in practical, meaningful ways—ensuring that everyone can participate fully in the life of our church.
Outreach
Advisory Council
This council provides insight and guidance as Trinity seeks to build meaningful relationships with local and global ministry partners. Members help us discern where to invest our time and resources, champion causes that align with our mission, and ensure that our outreach efforts reflect both compassion and wisdom.
Grounds & Facilities Advisory Council
This council helps steward Trinity’s physical spaces with care, beauty, and intentionality. Members lend expertise in areas like maintenance, planning, and construction—ensuring our campus remains a hospitable and functional home for worship, ministry, and community life.
