Trinity Fellows

Discern a call to ministry.

The Trinity Fellows Program is a 13-month intensive experience, designed for individuals discerning a call to ministry. The program provides hands-on exposure to ministry leadership, training, and practical equipping within a thriving urban church.

As fully integrated members of the Trinity staff, Fellows will receive hands-on experience in many areas of church life while learning and growing spiritually and personally.

Program details.

Trinity Fellows choose to focus the majority of their time in the arena of Adult Ministry, Youth, Worship, or Operations and provide support in these core areas of our church community.

The 13-month program begins in July and runs through August of the following year. The Trinity Fellows Program provides for the philosophical and practical development of a deeper theology and expression of these components of the church — while doing these things in the context of a team and the larger Trinity staff.

The program also includes an intentional mentoring process led by various pastoral leaders at Trinity.

Fellows will engage with other Trinity leaders on a regular basis including:

  • Theological education

  • Group mentoring experience

  • Group coaching and development

  • Individual mentoring

  • Staff participation (Staff meetings, retreats, etc.)

  • Spiritual formation and personal growth
