Trinity Leadership Trips are an adventure-based curriculum designed to promote a more robust understanding of how we are uniquely wired to exercise our influence by joining the activity of God where we live, work, and play. We travel to the Colorado wilderness for a backcountry adventure where the discomforts of the wilderness (e.g. sleeping in tents, hiking miles with heavy packs, etc.) provides opportunities for reflecting more deeply on our own lives and stories. We will learn more about confronting and accepting our limitations, developing sustainable rhythms of life with the Lord, all while sharing this transformative experience with others.

The teams are a mixture of ages and stages of life and are built to bring together leaders from various orbits in our community. The trips are physical by nature, so a basic level of physical fitness is necessary; however, previous backcountry experience is not a requirement.
