Too often in the church we celebrate stories of God’s deliverance from suffering, but neglect to tell the stories of God’s provision of grace in the midst of suffering. What does it mean that “God is good” in the midst of our suffering and how do we “suffer well?

Trinity members Camila Zolfaghari and Susan Bentsen will facilitate a weekly discussion of K.J. Ramsey’s book, This Too Shall Last. Ramsey, a licensed professional counselor and writer, lives with a persistent debilitating illness, and wrote this book to give testimony to her own experience of finding God’s grace when the suffering lingers. Come join with others who have or are experiencing lingering hardships.
