Going forward, we intend to send out this short survey each year. It will help us take time to listen to how God is forming us as a community and how our ministries are helping (or could better help) us live out our calling together. It is primarily organized around our Core Commitments and will be a way for us to “take the pulse” of our congregation—celebrating growth, noticing needs, and discerning next steps.

On average, it takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Your participation will help us better understand how God is at work among us and how we can continue growing together as a joyful community of disciples. Every voice matters, and we’re grateful for your time.
