At Trinity, we’re a pastor-led, staff-implemented, vestry-supported church—the vestry plays a vital role in supporting our mission, culture, and leadership. On Sunday, January 4, right after the 11am service, we’ll be holding a Vestry Info Meeting to share more about vestry service and to kick off the nomination process for five new vestry members. If you’re curious about serving on the vestry, want to nominate someone you believe would lead well, or simply want to learn more about what the vestry is and why we have one, we’d love for you to join us!

Children welcome, though no childcare is provided. You do not need to register to attend.

Process Timeline

• January 4: Vestry Info Meeting

• January 25: Nominee applications due

• Early February: Nominating committee meets

• Mid-February: Presentation of nominees at full vestry meeting

• Early March: Slate of new vestry members will be presented to members

• Early March: New vestry member onboarding meeting

• Late March: New members attend first monthly vestry meeting
