Over the course of our lives, grief enters our hearts in many ways. If we are to tend to our grief, it is helpful to begin by naming—to ourselves and to God—those losses, sorrows, unrealized dreams, and other doorways where grief comes in.

Join us for Worship & Prayer as we name our grief and invite the peace and healing of the Spirit in our lives through guided music and prayer.

This intentional engagement with your grief will also serve as great preparation for the following Saturday’s Wellness Workshop on Grief.
