Spiritual Direction
In the Christian tradition, a spiritual director is a companion or guide who leads others into a deepening union with the personal God found in the Bible. A spiritual direction session consists of an unhurried space to cultivate a growing awareness and felt experience of God's faithful presence in the particulars of everyday life.

Margaret is a spiritual director who considers it a great honor to walk alongside people in their journey with God. She believes that our world today is full of noise and many voices competing for our attention. It is in the slowing down and the noticing that one can recognize the continual presence of God in their life, and it is a joy to make that space for people.
Margaret completed her certificate in Spiritual Direction through Sustainable Faith in 2025 and has been practicing since. She is also involved in JourneyMates, a Christian soul care and spiritual formation ministry, and has been on the leadership team in Atlanta since 2021. Margaret is available to meet with people for Spiritual Direction in person at Trinity or over Zoom.

Karyn is a certified spiritual director who enjoys creating space for people to experience God’s faithful and loving presence in the midst of their everyday life. Having been trained in the Enneagram as well as in directing the Spiritual Exercises created by St. Ignatius, she is particularly interested in the unique path God has each of us on that leads us to our true home in Him. She has experience in creating and facilitating spiritual exercises designed to foster spiritual growth in individuals and in group settings. She is available to meet in person at Trinity or via Zoom.

Jenna is a spiritual director who is honored to accompany people in their life with God. She has a passion to help people discover how to transition from knowing about God into intimate experiences with God. She completed her certificate in Spiritual Direction through Sustainable faith in 2021 and has been practicing since. She currently leads a contemplative spiritual direction group, Reveal, with a group of 8 women who practice together how to notice God’s movement in their lives. She also leads workshops, titled Contemplative Saturdays, where she takes ordinary activities, cooking, hiking, exercising, etc. and creates space to ponder how attendees are experiencing God in those activities in the present moment. Jenna is available to meet with people for Spiritual Direction at Trinity or over Zoom.
Jess Teague | Contact Jess
Jessica is a trained spiritual director who finds deep joy in helping people experience God’s love for them. She feels privileged to walk alongside people as they become more aware of God’s presence in their everyday lives. Wherever they are on their faith journey and whatever their season of life, she loves helping people discern what God could be inviting them to.
Jess grew up in Louisiana and attended Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. She earned her MA in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Seminary in Hamilton, Massachusetts and Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Richmont University in Atlanta. She is has a heart for the marginalized and for helping provide spiritual support for pastors and leaders in the church and nonprofits in Atlanta. She has lived in the Atlanta area for 20 years and has been a member of Trinity Anglican Church for 11 years. She is a member of Spiritual Directors International (SDI). Jess is available to meet with people for spiritual direction at Trinity, the Ignatius House, and over Zoom.
