Book Study on Suffering

  • 2270 Defoor Hills Road Northwest Atlanta, GA, 30318 United States (map)

Too often in the church we celebrate stories of God’s deliverance from suffering, but neglect to tell the stories of God’s provision of grace in the midst of suffering. What does it mean that “God is good” in the midst of our suffering and how do we “suffer well?”

Join Trinity members Camila Zolfaghari and Susan Bentsen as they facilitate a biweekly discussion of K.J. Ramsey’s book, This Too Shall Last. Ramsey, a licensed professional counselor and writer, also lives with a persistent debilitating illness, and wrote this book to give testimony to her own experience of finding God’s grace when the suffering lingers.

This book study will be limited to 12 people and will meet on Sundays from 2:00-3:30 on the following dates: 2/13, 2/27, 3/13, 3/27, 4/10, 4/24, 5/8. Childcare is provided upon request.

Registration is now full.
